Booking Conditions

By purchasing any product from the Real DR Store you abide with the terms and conditions detailed below:

• You must print out your ticket and bring it with you for your excursion. This is validation that you have paid, and it must be handed into the guide or bus driver on your tour.
• The suppliers of the excursions have the right to change/cancel/ itineries at no notice to the client.
• The Real DR is not repsonsible for any personal belongings.
• Infants to 2 years can go at no charge  - please see the individual child descriptions for each excursion.
• Children 2 - 12 years of age receive a 50% reduction - please see the individual child descriptions for each excursion.

Cancellations

• Missed or late cancellations (less than 24 hours before excursion) are non refundable unless a Doctors certificate is produced.
• Excursions cancelled more than 24 hours before receive a full refund.
• If you are cancelling more than 24 hours before, telephone The Real DR office on 1 829 728 6202 and ask Maggie for assistance.
