This is a serious sun-tanning excursion so please remember to take a high factor sun cream with you. For those of you who are keen on photography, why not purchase a "throw-a-way" underwater camera soley for this excursion as the marine life and coral reefs are truly fantastic.

• Take and use plenty of sun-tan lotion - water reflects the suns rays
