The easterly prevailing wind is bringing increasing levels of cloud cover over the coutnry on Wednesday and Thursday as a tropical wave approaches the Caribbean. This increased cloud cover will bring sporadic thunderstorms and heavy rains to many parts of the country.

High surf is also expected around the entire coastline of the country, so it is recommended to take extra caution when using watercraft.

Wednesdays temperatures are slightly lower than normal due to the rains, highs will be between 31-34ºC and evening lows around 23-25ºC
