Santo Domingo - The World Jazz Circuit Latin America 2010-2011 initiates its circuit tour in Santo Domingo May 26th. This is extraordinary event offering a series of 5 jazz concerts with world class musicians. Presented by Jazz en Dominicana the event is being held at the Amber Room in the Dominican Fiesta Hotel & Casino, who are also sponsors for the event. This tour is starting in Santo Domingo as the Dominican Capital has been chosen as the Cultural Capital of the Americas for 2010 by the International Bureau of Cultural Capitals and has been recognized by the Ministry of Tourism as having a very high Cultural Artistic significance for the country.
