Hato Mayor - A man underwent emergency surgery yesterday after his penis was sliced off by his wife. It was alleged that Mártires Nolasco Vilorio forced his wife at knifepoint to perform an oral act. Vilorio's wife managed to snatch the knife from her husband and slice off his penis. She has since turned herself over to the police during which time Vilorio is recovering in Leopoldo Martínez hospital.
