Dominican territory is still under the influence of a trough located over the country, which is generating rain, thunderstorms and occasional gusts of winds to many parts of the island. Saturday will start partly cloudy with the sun burning off any low clouds by mid-morning, but come the afternoon hours, cloud will once again increase and cause sporadic showers and storms, some quite hard in places. Temperatures will remain hot, due to the southeasterly winds, with highs of 31-33ªC and evening lows of 23-25ºC.
