A strong tropical wave located 350 miles south-east of the Windward Island continues to show signs of development and conditions remain favorable for the system to become a Tropical storm over the next 48 hours. Regardless of development, heavy rain and winds will affect parts of Venezuela and the Windward Island over the next couple of days. The Real DR. Com will continue to monitor this storm and post accordingly.
