A tropical wave over the Eastern part of the Dominican Republic is bringing with it increased showers, some thundery at times, and gusty winds. This system will slowly move west-northwestward over the country over the next 24 hours. Elsewhere, Thursday will start sunny and the temperatures will rapidly rise to highs of 30-32ºC and evening lows of 22-24ºC.
