Theft of copper on the increase
Copper is becoming a much sought after commodity these days. As scrap metal prices for copper are through the roof at the moment it has fast become the most lucrative scrap metal out there. Copper is hot at the moment due to a general overseas shortage and those in the market seem to be prepared to do whatever to get their hands on as much of it as is possible.
