The Tropics look quiet but heavy rain is expected tomorrow

noaaAlthough at present there are no cyclones/hurricanes in the Atlantic, there is an area of low pressure of particular interest that weathermen are keeping an eye on. Currently situated over Puert Rico and the Virgin Islands, the area is expected to bring heavy rains to the Dominican Republic and Haiti over the next couple of days.
