The visiting Foreign Minister from Taiwan has said today that Taiwan plans to pardon the debt of their diplomatic allies’ countries which among the Dominican Republic includes 12 Latin American countries and the Caribbean.

Dominican Media has today reported that the Taiwanese Government will first have to seek the support of its Parliament and members, before reducing the debs to the 24 nations that they still maintain diplomatic ties with.
