Bird Watching - 2 Puerto Rican Todys were spotted yesterday in Residencial Hispaniola by an avid 'twitcher' who managed to get a picture of the birds that are endemic to the archipelago of Puerto Rico. The Todys have not been seen on the Island of Hispaniola for many years now.

Phil Negus, ‘twitcher’ and cameraman couldn't believe his luck when he spotted the pair playing amongst the trees in his garden that is located on one of the highest peaks of Residencial Hispaniola in Sosua on the north coast of the Dominican Republic. The Todies are said to live in mountainous regions of neighboring island Puerto Rico.
