Mexico wins Miss Universe for second time
Las Vegas USA - Jimena Navarrete has been crowned Miss Universe 2010 taking over the crown of global beauty queen Venezuelan Stefania Fernandez held for the last twelve months.It is the second time in history that Mexico has won the Miss Universe title - the previous win being back in 1991, when Lupita Jones was chosen.
