The amphitheater at the Moon Palace Casino, Golf & Spa Resort, will become within a couple of months the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino amphitheater, an entertainment center capable of accommodating upto 1,800 people. With the opening of the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, it is expected to be announced that they will host between 4 or 5 international concerts each year and as part of the all-inclusive package, will sell concert tickets as part of said package. Chapur also commented the resort will also feature an extensive collection of authentic musical pieces, highlighting both international and local artists, and incorporating different musical genres.
Chapur said that many tourists come to the country not only motivated by its beaches, sun, golf courses, but also for the concerts that the Dominican Republic has become famous for hosting.
