Located on the south coast of our beautiful Island, the stunning Pete Dye designed golfing resort of Casa de Campo has once again won the distinction of being voted the "World’s Best Golf Resort" by the World Travel Awards, held in the Grosvenor House Marriott Hotel, London.
Graham Cooke, President of the World Travel Awards praised the resort and presented the honor to the director of the resort, Claudio Silvestri.
The Casa de Campo Resort has 3 courses;" The Links", "Dye Fore" and most notably "The Teeth of the Dog". When Pete Dye was asked how he designed the "Teeth of the Dog" course he simply said "“I created 11 holes, and God created seven.” The seven holes he was referring to are the Ocean holes, on the edge of the Caribbean Sea.
