Getting All Jazzed Up

Famous jazz and latin rhythms teacher, pianist and composer, Jeff Gardner is set to perform at different venues throughout the Dominican Republic from Monday April 16 to Friday April 20. His performances and visit to the country are being sponsored by the U.S. Embassy's Centro Franklin as part of their cultural program. He is the second performer they have brought to the country. The first being jazz band 'Culture of Rhythm' that toured the country last February.

His concert schedule includes a performance at the Colonial Zone's Casa de Teatro auditorium in Santo Domingo on Monday April 16 at 8pm. His next performance will be at the Puerto Plata campus of CURE-UASD university on Wednesday April 18 at 7:30pm and he will wrap up his tour with a final performance at the Higuey campus of CURE-UASD university on Friday April 20 at 7:30pm.

As all performances are free to the public, The Real DR advises anyone planning on attending to show up early - very early!
