A historic moment on Monday evening as the Government will announce the end of the penalities imposed by the United States Federal Aviation Administration the FAA, which in the past prevented Dominican-registry aricraft or H1 from flying to U.S. territory for the last 14 years.

The impediment was calssified Catagory 11 with an asterisk.

National Dominican newspaper Diario Libre reports that President Leonel Fernandez will announce the measure at the National Palace in Santo Domingo during a ceremoney with Embassy Representatives from the United States.
