Las Aguilas Cibaenas of the Dominican Republic scored two runs in the first inning and another in the seventh resulting in defeating Venezuela’s Tigres de Aragua, 3 to 1.   The Dominican champions’ bats were compensated by strong pitching to get the win against Venezuela which left 12 runners on base and whose only run came thanks to a solo homer in the third.  The Tigres del Licey from Santo Domingo are also undefeated, two wins and no losses!
