Aljadaqui, the famous Dominican rock band have announced 2 concert dates for this month. After massive demand they have announced concerts at the Hard Rock Cafe in Santo Domingo on May 27th and at the Hard Rock Cafe in Punta Cana on May 29th.
"The new sensation of Dominican music" is how the popular U.S. newspaper, the Miami Herald has described Aljadaqui. The group has been heralded as "one of the new talents in the alternative latin pop rock scene" by influential Latin pop rock music magazine "Boom". They have also received numerous national music awards in the Dominican Republic, including the prestigious "Casandra" award as Best Pop Rock/ group.
They have also shared the stage with some of the best known musical artists from the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico including: Johny Pacheco, Ilegales, Don Omar,Alejandra Guzman, Fanny Lu, La Lupita, MDO, Shalim, Gio, Millie Quezada, Toño Rosario and Eddy Herrera.
The band are currently on a permanent tour of the US and are performing to sell-out crowds at the Umbrella Lounge, Lowell Memorial Auditorium, Umass University, Arka Lounge,Rutgerts University and other venues.
