Tourism minister for the Dominican Republic Mr Francisco Javier Garcia met today in Cabarete located on the north coast of the Dominican Republic to discuss the real estate project of Punta Goleta with local businessmen and re-affirmed the commitment to invest nearly US$1 Billion to boost tourism in the area for the forth coming next 5 years.  Mr Garcia also promised to take care of all social and environmental issues to keep Cabarete running as the Caribbean Mecca of kiteboarding!
