The International Scholarship Selection Subcommittee the ISA has proudly announced the recipitents of the 2008 ISA Individual Scholarship Program which includes two surfers from the Dominican Republic. Eduar Santana and Angel Compres are now ISA Surfing Ambassadors on behalf of the Dominican Republic. There are Surfing Ambassadors from every corner of the globe. To gain this achievement surfers are sought who are inspirational human beings, great surfers and students who want to succeed in the surfing world but at the same time take care of their studies.
