While not being reported as a tornado this time, another punishing storm has hit the Dajabon area. The powerful windstorm happened this time in Loma de Cabrera with most of the damage in Manuel Bueno barrio and the Monte Grande area. Once again the wind took down trees, power lines and took the roofs off of many homes and businesses. It has been reported that the weekend home of merengue star Fernando Villalona was also damaged.

No injuries have been reported.
