Southern parts of the DR will wake up to thunderstorms with heavy rains this morning, while others moreso on the north coast, will awake with blue skies and sunshine. Showers will continue in the Cibao Central, South and East, and as is the norm for June shower and thunderstorm activity will also affect the North and Northwest during the afternoon hours.

Low temperatures will be a fresh 71-74ºF while the mid-day highs will be between 86-92ºF
