Yesterday, President Leonel Fernandez met with former United States Vice President, Al Gore at the National Palace. Gore met the President hours before heading a conference on climate change in the Capital.

Gore, who came straight from a conference in Trinidad, discussed matters from climate change, the global economy and international politics with the President.

The Propagas Foundation hosted Gore’s conference, whose president Rosa Santana de Bonetti was also present at the meeting.
