Deep Sea Fishing Dominican Republic Deep Sea Fishing tours Trips Excursions Dominican RepublicThis years ILTTA Tournament will be held and hosted at Cap Cana Marina.  The International Light tackle Tournament Association was formed in 1946 by Dr Roy B Dean and has become a yearly event with fishing clubs around the world joining in this exciting competition.  Dr Roy B Dean’s idea was to have competition between teams of 3 individuals representing fishing under IGFA rules.  The 3 man teams would fish separately and change boats and partners through out each day of the tournament, this is still the winning formula for the ILTTA continues after 50 years.
