Boxing - Joan Guzman Wins Again

dom rep boxerDominican Joan Guzman stopped Jason Davis in just 29 seconds of the second Round of their non-title fight in Las Vegas on Saturday night.

Guzman, defending a 30-0-1 record easily outclassed his opponent and had him on the floor in the first round. The mismatch was halted when Davis's corner threw in the towel early in Round 2.

The fight almost didn't take place as BOTH boxers failed to make the weight early on Saturday morning, however, both camps agreed to waiver the contact agreement in order to make the fight happen.
