1.00pm view of subtropical storm Olga3.00pm The tropical storm warning still continues for the north coast of Dominican Republic from Caba Engano to Punta Palenque with the center of the storm at the easternmost tip of the Dominican Republics largest vacation resort of Punta Cana. Over the past several hours Olga has been moving to the west northwest at a 10mph speed but a return to a westward track is expected over the next 24 hours.  The center of Olga is expected to be near or over the island of Hispaniola (Dominican Republic) for much of the next 24 hours.   On the north, east and south coasts of the Dominican Republic most excursions and trips were cancelled today due to adverse rain and winds.
