The Supreme Court will now print 1.4 million land deed certificates with a brand new security system.  This will be implemented in all of the real estate jurisdiction’s deed registries, after its President Jorge Subero signed an agreement with a United States company called Moore and Wallace just for this purpose.

The Supreme Court said that the contract will now supersede the recently modified Real Property Registry Law 108-05.  The Supreme Court continued to say that the new security characteristics will bolster the real property system at the national level in the short term.

The Chicago based company Moore and Wallace provides a print service and strategies around the world and is recognized with 45 Gold Ink Awards, among other prestigious prizes.

The Supreme Court added that the new security paper will surpass the present “RT4” design used currently in the Deeds Registry.
