Vin Diesel of Hollywood fame and stardom was in the Dominican Republic on Sunday supporting the One Race Films Foundation that he sponsors.

Along with President Leonel Fernandez they both attended a graduation ceremony for students in audiovisual production.  The President highlighted the U.S. Actors contribution to training Dominican movie talent and said it was unusual for international celebrities to do this.

Leonel Fernandez said "International celebreties don't do what Vin Diesel does".

The Actor rose to fame with films like Pitch Black and helps the Dominican Republic out of plain old love. 

The President also added that Vin Diesel was acting in the movie "Hannibal the Conqueror" which reflects multiculturasim, a condition that according to Fernandez "only expresses itself in the Dominincan Republic."
