Cabarete is gearing up for this summer's Kiteboarding World Cup. Planned for June 26 to July 1 at Bozo Beach, it will be the third of six stops on the Professional Kiteboard Riders Association (PKRA) 2007 World Tour. Kiteboarders will compete for US$40,000 in prize money. It is advisable to start looking now for accomodation if you are planning on attending this popular event as it is sure to be well attended. Cabarete offers lots of family activities as well as a vibrant nightlife. |
