Liquid propane gas (LPG) also rose by RD$1.43 per gallon bringing subsidized propane to RD$46.45 and non-subsidized to RD$68.81. A barrel of crude increased over US$6 last week in response to the current tensions resulting in the detention of British soldiers by Iran.
