It's easy-peazy. Just take the local transportation from Cabarete to Sosua, either a "publico" car, or a "guagua" small bus, and either one will drop you right off in front of Caribe Tours, on the highway at the trafic lights at the entrance to Charimicos (the other side of Sosua going towards Puerto Plata.) The Caribe bus schedule starts at 6:15 a.m. and they leave every hour till the last bus at 7:15 p.m. Check when you get here though because they sometimes change the schedules.
