Hi guys...there is two local bus companies that you can take, Caribe Tours and Metro Bus, both out of Puerto Plata. They will take you to Santo Domingo (our capital city)which is about a 4 hour trip. Then you will have to take a taxi from Metro or Caribe bus station to another bus stop at Parque Enriquillo in Santo Domingo,where you have to catch a Bavaro/Punta Cana bus. You will probably have to change buses again in La Romana but this I'm not sure of so you will have to check as you go. It's quite a trip but if you plan on spending a few days in Bayahibe it's definitely worth it. The diving is great also (I'm a diver also), and there are quite a few small hotels, guest houses to chose from once you arrive in the village, so you don't have to book an all-inclusive. Lots of good fish restaurants right on the beach. It's beautiful there, you'll definitely enjoy it! Have fun!
