Hope you aren't planning to do much. It's beautiful and different but a sleepy town, some not bad diving around the islands called Las Siete Hermanas (the Seven Brothers). A nice beach, can be a bit rocky at El Morro which is a huge promitory rock that juts out (and up!). Some good fish restaurants. You really need your own transportation but don't really think you'll want to spend much time there if you want some activities. Not saying that it isn't interesting and pretty but really nothing to do. No resorts, a few good local guest houses and that's about it. Also very dry, desert"y" and HOT. Great for a one or two day trip but not to stay for much longer. Maybe someone else has some more info to offer here?? Cheers, Houndog Man!!
